Italian Micromosaic Cross Pendant, Circa 1900s-1930s

Cross pendant set with tiny glass tesserae forming flowers in pink, blue and white around a center. Micromosaic was perfected in Rome and souvenirs like this were sold to visitors on the Grand Tour and to pilgrims. Shows wear and some tile loss.
