Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or high order volume periods. Customers will receive a notification once an order has shipped.

Shipping Regions
Exquisite Dark Curio currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Carriers and Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. The carrier is selected based on destination, order size, and delivery efficiency. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Information
All orders include tracking, which is provided either through your customer account or by email once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information at checkout.

Delivery Issues
Exquisite Dark Curio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

Changes or Cancellations
Orders typically cannot be modified once processing has begun. Please contact us promptly if you need assistance prior to shipment. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed or modified.
