Antique fetal destructive instruments were specialized obstetric tools used in past centuries to facilitate delivery by dismembering or crushing a deceased fetus. These were gruesome but essential instruments used as a last resort in cases of obstructed labor to save the mother's life, especially before modern techniques like safer Caesarean sections became widespread.
